Trick-or-treat!
That’s right it’s time for ghosts and goblins, pumpkins and pie, and the dreaded candy bowl! Okay, so truth is we love it. Most Americans have had a candy bowl stocked (and re-stocked) for weeks. But what does all that sugar do to our immune systems? It robs our bodies of B vitamins (crucial for cellular work, stress relief and blood sugar balancing), feeds yeast in our digestive tracts and causes a cancer-loving acidic body.
